Listing Promotion Package

$99 / Month per Listing

Purpose of the Package

The Social Agents Listing Promotion Package is designed to increase the online visibility and exposure of a real estate listing through professionally managed advertising on Meta platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.

The campaign is managed by our professional marketing team through our dedicated real-estate media platform, @socialagents_on.

What’s Included

For $99 per month, we provide:

• Professional promotional graphic created from the listing materials provided by the agent.

• Meta advertising campaign setup and management.

• Promotion through our dedicated real-estate social media advertising platform.

• Targeted exposure designed to reach relevant audiences interested in real estate and housing.

• Campaign monitoring and management by our marketing team.

• Lead forwarding to the listing agent when applicable.

Monthly Fee

The total monthly package fee is $99 per listing, consisting of:

• $45 — Meta advertising budget

• $54 — Campaign management, creative preparation and marketing services

The advertising budget is used for the paid Meta campaign. The management portion covers the preparation, setup, monitoring and management of the promotional campaign.

Important: No Guaranteed Leads

This package is primarily intended to increase listing visibility and exposure.

Because advertising performance depends on factors including market conditions, property type, location, audience, competition and platform algorithms, we do not guarantee a specific number of impressions, clicks, inquiries, leads, showings or sales.

The $99 fee is for the advertising and marketing service itself and does not represent a guaranteed lead-generation service.

If an inquiry or potential lead is received through the campaign and can reasonably be connected to the promoted listing, we will make reasonable efforts to forward the inquiry to the applicable listing agent.

Agent Responsibilities

The agent agrees to provide accurate and authorized listing information, including photographs, property details and other marketing materials required for the campaign.

The agent confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide these materials for promotional use.

Campaign & Listing Changes

Each $99 monthly package applies to one promoted listing.

If the agent wishes to promote a different listing, a new promotion package may be required.

Campaign duration and advertising performance may vary depending on Meta's advertising systems and available budget.

Cancellation

The package is billed at $99 per month per listing and may be cancelled before the next billing period. Advertising already launched or services already performed during the current billing period are non-refundable.

Acceptance

By purchasing the Social Agents Listing Promotion Package, the agent acknowledges that they have read and agreed to these terms and understand that the service is intended primarily for marketing visibility and exposure and does not guarantee leads or sales.
